Day 2: Savannah, GA

Today was quite a day. I woke up early to get an early start. With all the research I did prior to my trip, I kept coming across this picture of a driveway to an old plantation called, the Wormsloe Plantation. Since this plantation is out of the way and not too close to Downtown Savannah, I made this my first stop.
It was absolutely breathtaking....

I woke up at 5:30 AM this morning and packed up my car…literally. I have so much stuff in there, you would think I was leaving for a month. I just don’t want to be unprepared for any sort of climate change or for inclement weather. The Journey
I leave early tomorrow morning for my journey. First stop: Savannah, GA. I’m excited, but very nervous. I have never taken a trip by myself and definitely have never driven this far alone. This should be interesting. I’m typing on the touch and it’s taking too long.
